The following terms and conditions apply to all projects undertaken by USAuthors.com.

Revision Policy

Revisions are subject to the package selected by the client. USAuthors.com provides unlimited free amendments, ensuring that our clients receive exactly what they envision. However, these revisions must adhere to the original design concept and brief. If the client requests changes that significantly alter the original concept, additional charges may apply. The standard turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the requested modifications.

Refund Policy

Funds deposited with USAuthors.com are non-refundable once the initial design concepts have been delivered and either approved or modified by the client. Refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances, such as project cancellation initiated by USAuthors.com for reasons unrelated to client breaches. Refunds will not be entertained in cases of a change of mind.

Refund requests will be handled under the following structure:

If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial design concepts, the client qualifies for a full refund (less a 10% administrative and processing fee).

If a refund request is made within 48 hours of receiving the initial design, the client will be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% administrative and processing fee).

If the refund request is made within 48-96 hours, only a 33% refund will be granted (less a 10% administrative and processing fee).

No refund requests will be entertained after 96 hours from the initial design delivery. However, USAuthors.com is committed to customer satisfaction and encourages clients to reach out for resolution.

Clients who remain inactive for seven working days forfeit their right to a refund.

Clients who go unresponsive for five consecutive working days at any stage of the project will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are not applicable once the final files have been delivered.

For website packages, no refund will be issued after the initial design mockup has been revised or inner pages have been created with the client's approval.

If a combo package is purchased (e.g., a logo and website design), refunds will apply only to the unused portion.

Refund requests must be submitted through official channels, such as our support department, to be considered.

Public & Online Conduct Agreement

Both parties agree not to criticize or defame each other publicly, including but not limited to social media, blogs, and public forums. In the event of a violation, the breaching party will be required to pay damages determined by the non-breaching party.

Ownership & Copyright Policy

Upon issuance of a refund, all ownership rights of delivered designs will be transferred to USAuthors.com. Clients are legally prohibited from using any refunded designs. USAuthors.com reserves the right to register refunded designs with copyright agencies to prevent unauthorized use.

All designs produced by USAuthors.com are 100% original. However, in cases of coincidental similarity to another design, USAuthors.com is not liable. It is the client's responsibility to copyright their designs after delivery

Client Responsibility & My Account Usage

Clients are responsible for actively checking their My Account section for all project updates, communications, and revision requests. Failure to do so may result in delays or forfeiture of refunds. If clients experience difficulty navigating My Account, they should promptly contact customer support.

Quality Assurance Policy

We ensure that all designs strictly adhere to the client's initial brief. Our team conducts thorough research before producing any design to guarantee uniqueness and quality. Client satisfaction is our priority, and we offer continuous revisions (as per package limitations) until the client is fully satisfied.

Domain & Hosting Services

For applicable packages, domain and hosting are provided free of charge. Email accounts associated with these packages can be configured with third-party email software such as Outlook. If a client chooses not to host their website with USAuthors.com, email account services will not be provided.

Delivery Policy

All design files are delivered to the client's My Account area on the date specified in the Order Confirmation. An email notification will be sent upon delivery. Standard turnaround times are:

  • Custom design orders: Delivered via email within 5-7 business days.

  • Rush delivery service: The first draft is available within 24 hours for an additional $100.

Record Maintenance

We archive all final design files. If a client needs to retrieve their final files at any time, they can request them via email or customer support.

Customer Support Policy

Our 24/7 customer support team is available via live chat, phone, or email to address any questions or concerns.

Official Correspondence Policy

Clients should only respond to emails or call our official toll-free number listed on our website. USAuthors.com is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized communication outside of these official channels.
